On the declaration you wish to copy, press the downward arrow on the right-hand side, which will drop down a new menu.
If you click “flip” this will copy all details, except your documents and CPC codes, onto a new declaration, but for the opposite declaration (i.e. if you flip an export, it will create an import).
You can add a nickname or job reference on the next page.
