Authorised Consignor Status ✔
As an authorised consignor, CustomsLink can
- Declare goods without presenting them at the customs office
- Create transit documentation (TAD) and (where applicable) the list of items, at the consignor's premises
- Remove goods under customs control directly from their authorised location
SCDP (CFSP) Authorised ✔
CustomsLink is SCDP (formerly CFSP) authorised. This means we can make electronic customs declarations using the Simplified Customs Declaration Process (SCDP) when importing goods from third countries (including EU member states) to the UK. After the simplified declaration, a full supplementary declaration must be made by a specified deadline.
