Standing with Giants is a charity dedicated to creating accessible installations that commemorate soldiers of the past and present.
Earlier this year, the team at Standing with Giants had the enormous task of installing 1,475 silhouettes for the ‘For Your Tomorrow’ project.
This fantastic exhibition is open to the public between the 21st of April 2024 and the 31st of August 2024 at The British Normandy Memorial.
‘For Your Tomorrow’
Installed as part of D-Day commemorations for the 80th anniversary, the Standing with Giants project has 1,475 silhouettes or ‘giants’ standing tall across the fields surrounding the British Normandy Memorial.

As a result, the silhouettes arrived at their destination - The British Normandy Memorial - in time for the installation.
The installation of 1,475 ‘giants’ can be viewed at this location until the 31st of August 2024.
