As part of Revenue’s ongoing maintenance of our IT systems, we will be undertaking a significant IT upgrade on Saturday 25 January 2025. This will result in downtime across our Customs IT Services between 14.00 hrs and 17.00 hrs.

Messages submitted to any of these customs systems will be rejected and the message will have to be resubmitted when the system becomes available.
Access via ROS to the top-up function for the Customs TAN Account will be unavailable between 09.00 hrs and 22.00 hrs. Please ensure to top-up your account in advance of this downtime.
You are asked to take note the timing of this scheduled downtime. You are advised to submit your declarations and create your PBNs for RoRo movements outside of this time to minimise the impact on your business and to ensure the efficient flow of consignments.
