“My role is a mix between customer service and customs agent. I advise customers whilst also creating import and export clearances.”

“Before joining CustomsLink I was a professional golfer, something completely different!”

How are you & the team preparing for upcoming customs changes at the end of January?
“We try to stay ahead of any upcoming changes. For S&S GB we have developed a solution for our customers that is already available on the platform. I have also been involved in training staff on the new S&S GB requirements.”
